Thus, with the presence detector it is possible to let the lights burn only when there are people in a room. It is also possible to adapt the lighting level to the amount of available natural light. Due to the lighting hours registration it is possible to perform preventive maintenance and determine exactly the energy costs and pass them on to the renter of a room.
