The H1MC-400 is an IO unit to control a 3-phase 400V motor for the aeration or the screening The unit is trained through the CAN-local by the ORION-MC. The H1MC-400 is fitted with a power circuit-breaker, manual control and a thermal protection.
The end switches for open, close and emergency stop and the encoder for the motor position feedback are connected to the H1MC-400.
The H1MC-400 is also adequate for a direct current control, the control of motors for a coupled screen. One of the H1MC-400 is set hereby as master and the rest as slaves. The master is connected to the CAN-local and the other H1MC-400 to the extra bus of the master. The communication for simultaneous movement goes through this bus.
