The H1MC-PI is a motor control printed circuit board with a synchronisation option, without a power section, for example for use in opening or closing the windows or screens in horticultural greenhouses. The H1MC-PI is designed for DIN rail installation and can be used for the frequency control, standard control or control of synchronously-linked motors.
The motor can be controlled in both automatic and manual mode. When set to automatic mode the H1MC-PI receives the setpoint from the main controller (horticulture computer) via an ORION-MC. The position of the window or screen is determined using an encoder installed in the motor's gearbox. The position can also be controlled by means of time control.
The control printed circuit board is equipped with an alarm relay that can be used to generate an alarm via an extra alarm circuit in the event of any malfunctions.
