New underpressure sensor in the range

In the middle of November 2011, Hotraco will switch to a new, improved underpressure sensor, OPN-DR-ST. From that point on, the familiar red underpressure sensor will no longer be available to order.

The biggest change in the new sensor is in the processing electronics, the platform for which has been switched from analogue to digital. This makes the sensor even more accurate, particularly in the low pressure range.

The new OPN-DR-ST underpressure sensor has an adjustable pressure range, using dip switches. The smallest pressure range possible is 0-30 Pa. The new model also has a reset button, which resets the sensor to 0 after assembly. Irrespective of the angle or position in which the sensor is mounted.

The price of the new sensor is the same as that for the current OPN-DR-ST underpressure sensor.
