Sirius-SWS-V silo weighing computer for pigs
The Sirius-SWS-V is a feed and water dispensing computer for pigs.
Feed consumption is registered using silo weighing, and water consumption using pulse counting. Water and feed consumption can be displayed for the previous 7 days. In order to monitor the progress of the pigs, important information such as the water/feed ratio can be viewed in the management overview.
The Sirius-SWS-V records the weight in kilograms, the time and date of the most recent feed delivery. It is possible to set curves in the Sirius, allowing the desired quantity of feed to be adjusted to the age of the pigs, for example.

Introduction of Cygnus-V
During the Eurotier in Hannover, Hotraco will be introducing the Cygnus-V ventilation computer for use in pig farming.
New underpressure sensor in the range
In the middle of November 2011, Hotraco will switch to a new, improved underpressure sensor, OPN-DR-ST. From that point on, the familiar red underpressure sensor will no longer be available to order.
